Have you ever been told by somebody that the house you are interested in (or that you bought) backs onto “green space” and that you will have lots of privacy only to learn later that a new subdivision is to be built right in your back yard? New homes are being built all the time. It pays to do your homework and see for yourself if your new home will become a construction zone soon after you move in. Fortunately, the City of Sudbury has a website that shows you what new home projects have been approved and where they are planning to build. I check this every time I have a client interested in buying so they won’t be disappointed later.
